  • Grilled Hamo (Pike Conger) from Kariya served with a Taro and Aonori Seaweed Galette
  • Straw-Smoked Bonito from Tosa-Shimizu with Autumn Eggplant, Fig,
    and a Sesame–Yogurt Tahini Sauce
  • Ayu Confit, Slow-Cooked for 12 Hours served with Kita-Karuizawa Maitake Purée
    and a Medley of Marinated Wild Mushrooms
  • Chilled velvety peach potage
    made with fully ripe peaches from Arakawa, Wakayama – grown by Mr. Morihata
    served with a sorbet of Uji green tea (Marukyu Koyamaen) and celery
    Or,
    Softshell Turtle Consommé Soup, Pan-seared Foie Gras and Softshell Turtle and Lotus Root Galette (Additional charge of 2,200yen)
  • Pan-Seared Fish of the Day with Clams and Salted Pork, Alentejo Style

  • Reservations by e-mail, please contact the property at least 3 days in advance.
    Please contact us by telephone(078-252-8772) the day before or on the day of booking.
  • When you cancel a reservation, please contact to up to 2 days before.
    Cancellation of the day before and the day is not possible to respond.
  • Cancellation of the day before and the day will be charged a cancellation fee (The day before: 50%, The day: 100%).
